"Currently, there are no plans to bottle, sell or utilize the honey in the restaurant" says Michel Heredia, the Director of Sales and Marketing. Instead, he says, the hotel is on a mission "to invest in the growing movement to protect, preserve and nurture the fragile bee population in Manhattan.
