The New Definition of Modern Austin Luxury

With its stunning views of Lady Bird Lake, acres of verdant parkland and the Austin skyline, The Loren invites discerning visitors and locals to experience the ultimate in understated luxury and curated Austin culture. The hotel’s perfect location—within walking distance of the central business district, yet away from the noise and bustle of downtown—as well as its plant-filled modern spaces, casually impeccable service, and elegant amenities combine to create an Austin experience
unlike any other.

Unforgettable Views in Every Direction

Stunning views are a signature of your Loren experience. Expanses of dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass blur the distinction between inside and out, offering guests breathtaking views of the lake and city skyline and sunset views over the park. Our communal spaces offer dramatic panoramic views from every vantage point through floor-to-ceiling windows.

With the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail, Zilker Park, and Butler Metro Park just steps away, The Loren at Lady Bird Lake offers residents and guests endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy morning runs on the Trail, relaxing afternoons at the Barton Springs Pool, live concerts at Auditorium Shores and meditation in the Zilker Botanical Gardens. Summer festivals and fall foliage tours offer year-round enjoyment just outside our doors.

Sustainability

At The Loren, we believe in the importance of taking action on the climate today to help make a difference tomorrow. The Loren’s Roots Imperative is a non-
profit program created to offset carbon emissions that contribute to climate change by acquiring and reforesting degraded farmland. We’ll accomplish this over time by acquiring over 50,000 biodiverse acres and planting 10 million hardwood trees—trees that will consume at least ten times the carbon dioxide we produce. We’re proud to say we’ve already purchased out first 1000 acres.
