The humbly-scaled pavilions sustainably constructed by Portilame offer the best indoor- outdoor living through interconnected pavilions. Clean lines, simple forms, and natural materials create a sense of serenity and harmony with the surroundings. With pitched roofs and exposed beams, open floor plans maximizes natural light and air circulation, reducing reliance on air conditioning. The owners wanted to preserve the simple style that characterizes Pine Cay; minimizing environmental impact was a crucial consideration. Consideration of factors such as terrain, vegetation, ventilation, and sustainable energy production are requirements that will further contribute to creating a serene and luxurious setting for guests. They have planned for rain water collection systems, Solar water production and each bungalow is fitted with its own solar power production.
