After working in Europe with the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Daniel Boulud, Alejandro is now back home promoting Colombia’s thriving gastronomic scene, and leading sustainable gastronomic practices.
We focus on using produce that support local farmers and urban vegetable gardens, buying fresh fish and seafood from artisanal fishermen, and promoting traditional recipes with Alejandro’s twist. Or go artisanal fishing with local fishermen onboard traditional canoes.
