The Penthouse Suite is located on the hotel's courtyard side, on the top floor (6th), with French doors and Juliette balconies. This spacious rectangular loft has hardwood floors, a large living room kitchenette, dining space, and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and oversized bathtub.

When connecting a Deluxe Studio, guests have the option to use the Courtyard Loft/ Penthouse Loft as a large living room space.

Loft Suite
Rooms are situated on the hotel’s top floor (6th), have a large living room, dining area, and workspace. Loft Suites all feature large arched windows, and hardwood floors, a selection of Loft Suites have a personal fireplace. The large marble bathroom is outfitted with an oversized bathtub and separate walk-in shower + body jet.

Soho Suite
Two connecting Loft Suites; one Loft Suite has a king bed, hardwood floors, a large living area with exposed brick, a wood–burning fireplace, and a luxurious bathroom with an oversized bathtub. It is located on the top floor (6th) and has a wall-sized arched window flooding it with natural light. The other Loft Suite has a king bed (can be removed for a larger living area), hardwood floors, living room, and luxurious bathroom with oversized tub. This Suite is situated in the building's corner with grand arched windows overlooking Soho.

Corner Suite
The suite wraps the front corner of the building, overlooking Soho. The 450 square foot living room features custom furnishings, state of the art customizable lighting, and an intimate dining area. This suite features two bedrooms and two and a half baths, as well as a private dressing room. Each King bedroom offers a seating area for working or dining and a private marble bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
