Ici et La is a real estate and villa rentals company created in St Barts 1990.
We promote more than 280 deluxe villas located all around exceptional places of the island from beachfront cottages to deluxe villas. All of them have been carefully selected according to our strict quality criteria. Each property has an ocean view and a pool or a Jacuzzi. They combine sophistication, comfort, convenience and originality with luxury. - Patrick Catalan - Owner
Patrick Catalan arrived in St Barts in 1988, he immediately fell in love with the island and created Ici et La in 1989 (sales, rentals and estate management).
Devoted and passionate, the company quickly grew to become one of the most important Real Estate and Villa Rental Company on the island.
In charge of the sales within the agency, his experience over the years makes him a well-informed professional. Its real estate market knowledge is a real asset for quality advices.
In 2004, Sophie Raabe joined him.
- Sophie Raabe - Sales and Marketing Manager
She was born in Meudon, next to Paris in 1982. After her A level, she left for Lyon to do a degree in hospitality and restaurant management at the Paul Bocuse Institute. As she was along this three studying years, her passion for the hotel business was born. Helping her clients and making their stay a special moment is from then on, her objective. After trainings at the Lancaster in Paris at the front office and at the accounting department at the Saint Barth Isle de France hotel, she decided to come back on this great island. She has three children, Thomas, Jade and May. When she arrived at Ici et La in 2004, she was in charge of the arrivals, then she quickly did the reservations and she now manages the weekly villa rentals department, the business development and the marketing of the agency.
The villa rentals world, grew considerably all over the world between 2000 and 2010 is now definitely the one she likes the most. She is convinced and seduced by this accommodation type offering at the same time the hotel services, the diversity and the privacy of a personal home. Very grateful and delighted to be able working everyday on new ideas and taking up challenges, she is constantly searching how Ici et La could improve the services we are proposing. Sincere and rigorous, she out all her energy to make her clients satisfied.

We will escort the client directly to their villa when they arrive. We are offering them a bottle of wine and water at least.

A housekeeper will come every day (except Sunday and public holidays) as well as a gardener and a pool cleaner are included.
