Casa La Laguna Familia; As part of our ongoing commitment to elevate the Villa experience and create a truly five-star vacation at Casa la Laguna for our guests, we made the choice earlier this year to invest in a craft cocktail program. We are among the only Private Villas worldwide to take this step, and we could not be more proud to share the results with our guests. As we often say we are in pursuit of a vacation without compromise for those who choose Casa La Laguna, and with many of our guests enjoying craft cocktails we thought we should have that! And better yet... we should have an excellent program that would rival any five-star resort or cocktail lounge worldwide. We reached out to Renee Griego, Head Bartender for Vaca Restaurant Group and Global Ambassador for Ming River Baijiu. Renee is a renowned Mixologist and has been working with our team for several months to create one-of-a-kind signature cocktails available exclusively at Casa La Laguna for our treasured guests. Each of these inspired concoctions delivers an elegant, layered flavor journey that authentically captures the beauty and escapism Casa La Laguna has become known for. With a clear nod to our Los Cabos region, sourced ingredients from right here in our farm-to-table district, and thoughtful service provided by our Butler team, we are confident you'll find these selections among the many highlights of your next stay. We are very proud today to unveil our 2020/2021 Cocktail Menu featuring five beautiful, craft creations. Our theme for this project was, defining through taste what a perfect vacation is; No stress, no compromise, elevated senses, beautiful imagery, and a sense of place.
• La Laguna Our Signature House Cocktail This stunningly fresh expression combines ACRE mezcal and organic hibiscus, creating a soft smoke, refreshing floral notes, and a touch of grapefruit. • Margarita de la Casa La Laguna Our handcrafted margarita captures the salted breeze, warm sands, and calming waves that make the soundtrack of your time here at the Villa. • The Grand Elegance Our villa-made strawberry infused Aperol sets the stage for this oh-so-chic fruity, floral Spritz. Lush, refreshing, and garnished with our local organic strawberries. • La Isla Bonita The wild spirit of Baja meets the colorful celebration of polynisian tiki in this gorgeous frozen concoction. With overproof rum, a touch of banana, and a passionfruit guava essence. • El Padrino A spirit-driven cocktail meant to be sipped and savored. Reserve Anejo tequila, a touch of smoke and coffee, finished with a hint of bitters and a flamed cinnamon "cigar.
