Hand-harvested from olive groves and cold-pressed nearby at Frantoio Franci, one of the world’s finest mills, it captures the essence of a land - rich, sun-soaked, and timeless. A limited blend of Frantoio, Moraiolo, Pizzutella, and Olivastra Seggianese olives, crafted to elevate every dish - from delicate meats to seasonal vegetables.
