The stunning cottage is designed for comfort and elegance, featuring extensive outdoor seating areas, an outdoor kitchen for al fresco dining, and 300 feet of secluded waterfront. Guests can enjoy easy access to the water, with a gentle entry off the ladder, or they can unwind in the expansive Muskoka room, which is equipped with roll-down screens and a cozy fireplace, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation.
Inside, the main level of the cottage showcases an open-concept kitchen fitted with high-end appliances, a butler kitchen, and island seating for five. The dining room, also open-concept, offers ample natural light and seating for twelve. The great room is spacious and includes a three-seater sofa, four chairs, and a gas fireplace, while the elegant Muskoka room serves as a lounge area complete with a large sectional, two chairs, and a wood-burning fireplace. The lower level features another open-concept kitchen with a microwave, bar fridge, and island seating for four, alongside a recreation room with a sectional sofa, a table for six, a TV, a gas fireplace, and a walkout to the deck. Additionally, there is a theatre room equipped with a projector and screen, as well as a large sectional sofa for comfortable viewing.
The bedrooms are lavishly appointed, with the main level featuring a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a primary king bedroom with a spacious ensuite, and an additional king bedroom with its own ensuite and a walkout to the deck. The lower level includes two more king bedrooms, each with an ensuite and walkout access, as well as a bunk room with two bunk beds accommodating queens on both the top and bottom. The boathouse offers a king bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, ensuring guests have plenty of options for restful nights.
Notable features of the cottage include all-day sun exposure, 300 feet of waterfront, privacy, a theatre room, high-end appliances, and multiple outdoor seating areas, including an outdoor dining table for twelve and an outdoor sauna. Outdoor activities are plentiful, with two kayaks available, an infinity pool, an integrated hot tub, and a fire pit for evening gatherings.
The cottage is equipped with air conditioning and a generator, though the boathouse does not have these amenities. It comes fully outfitted with Jayne's 5-Star Quality White Linens, a BBQ, unlimited internet/Wi-Fi, smart TVs, laundry facilities, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and cleaning supplies. During peak season rentals, guests can also enjoy 18 hours of midweek housekeeping. However, boathouses, bunkies, and three-season Muskoka rooms are unavailable from Thanksgiving to Victoria Day Weekend, and outdoor furniture is not set out during this period for safety reasons.
The property accommodates up to six cars for parking and enforces a maximum guest limit of twenty. It is a non-smoking cottage, and pets are considered with the signing of a pet waiver. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, while check-out is at 10:00 AM, ensuring a seamless transition for all guests.
