VIRENS is the new plant-based restaurant at Almanac Barcelona. Being vegetable dishes the main focus, it also offers a selection of rices as well as organic meat and fish lead by Michelin-starred chef Rodrigo de la Calle. VIRENS’ culinary offer includes a range of home-made fermented and sparkling drinks to introduce our guests into the green mixology. Restaurant opens from Monday to Sunday with à la carte menu and daily lunch menu on weekdays with a capacity up to 60 guests. Guests can access the restaurant directly from Gran Via or through the hotel.
VIRENS offers two private dining facilities filled with natural light, making it the perfect place to host a business meeting, an exclusive product launch, private lunch or dinner.
