Baydream Believer is located on the north end of Lake Joseph, within walking distance to Rocky Crest Golf Club and conveniently located near Highway 400 access. For shopping needs and local attractions, Baydream Believer is a 15-minute drive to the town of Rosseau or Parry Sound. Spending time at the lake will never be the same! This property was made for entertaining! The main cottage is home to 2 separate main-level decks. The first deck, which can be accessed through the Muskoka Room and Great Room, features a large 10 person dining room table, umbrella, bbq, griddle, and a wood-burning pizza oven! The second deck, which can be accessed through the main level bedrooms, features a full outdoor living room with multiple couches and chairs and an umbrella. A second outdoor seating area can be found off the lower-level rec room. This area features a large outdoor sectional, tabletop fireplace, and stunning views of Lake Joe! To the left of this seating area is a large level lawn, perfect for a game of cornhole or soccer. A stone pathway will lead you to a large lakeside firepit and a sandy beach waterfront. With over 400' of pristine Lake Joe frontage, guests will enjoy all-day sun and sunsets down by the water. A boardwalk pathway along the shoreline can be taken to the 4 slip interior boathouse, equipped with its own large sundeck and outdoor entertaining area.
