Cancellation policy (for Fully Flexible rates):
Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours prior to the arrival (15:00 hrs Prague Time 2 days prior to the arrival). In case of late cancellation or modification 100% cost for the accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Payment policy (for Fully Flexible rates): All reservations must be fully pre-paid 2 days prior to the arrival. The pre-payment is non-refundable.
