Wild Wellness Debuts in September at Islas Secas

As the season shifts, Islas Secas is marking September's quiet, wild energy with the debut of Wild Wellness at Islas Secas — an invitation for guests to lean into this beautifully still, deeply alive month with expanded wellness programming. More details to follow soon.

An ideal fit for clients seeking a barefoot-luxury, conservation-minded escape unlike anywhere else in Central America. Tucked in the Gulf of Chiriquí, Islas Secas is a private 14-island archipelago just 20 miles off Panama's Pacific coast and about an hour from UNESCO World Heritage Coiba National Park. Seven secluded casitas and one 4-bedroom private residence host up to 32 guests total, all powered by 100% solar energy as part of the resort's deep sustainability ethos.

Days here move at their own pace: Marine Safari adventures, scuba diving across 20+ sites, snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, e-foiling, sailing, and world-class fishing, paired with jungle-fringed yoga, guided hiking, and birdwatching on land. Whale-watching runs July through September. Dining is a movable feast — cooked-to-order meals at the Terraza, beachside dinners, and private island picnics, all built around the freshest catch.
